About My Writing:
I’ve always been good at daydreaming, but I began to developing interest in writing after taking a College Composition class in high school. I also took an Art class, confirming that cartoons and graphic novels were certainly not within my talent range (to see just how out of my range it is, take a look at my comic blog, Lab Rules). Around this time, an idea for a novel was bouncing around in my head, and one day I found myself with some extra free time between classes. I told myself, “You know, you’ve been telling people that you’d like to write a book. You have an idea. You have time. Write the freakin’ book.”

So I went to the college library, found a desk, got out my laptop, and opened a file. Five to ten minutes of thinking later, I wrote the first sentence of Stormlock.

For some reason I couldn’t fathom, I just kept at it. My writing began to move after my acceptance into an undergraduate program, and I started writing short stories alongside my main books which has really helped me identify my writing style and improve it as a whole (Stormlock has been through MANY revisions, people). I was first published at college as well, with my short story “URCARU” getting accepted into an annual arts magazine in 2015, where it won the college's fiction writing award. I have also appeared in other campus publications during my time as a student.

Slowly but semi-surely, my writing is moving forward.  I'm still working on my books and submitting short stories; prayers and encouragement are always appreciated!
